What Are The Empress Codes?

The Empress Codes is a live, fourteen-month ceremonial journey through thirteen feminine archetypes, culminating in a final Empress Integration Ceremony. 

Meeting together once each month, we gather in sacred space to explore one archetype through mythology, symbolism, storytelling, channelled transmissions, meditation, reflection and embodied practice. This journey was created for the intuitive, magical and wisdom-seeking woman, the woman who has always sensed there is more to her than the life she can currently see.

Together we'll follow the threads of feminine wisdom wherever they lead.

Some months we'll explore the forgotten stories of women. Others may lead us through folklore, Avalon, the Grail, astrology, Tarot, dreams, symbolism or the natural world. Each archetype becomes a different doorway into the wisdom it carries.

Together we'll explore what each archetype reveals about your own relationship with her gifts, the places where those gifts feel distant or forgotten, the places where you access them freely, and the places where they might be pulling you off balance.

As we do, we'll begin recognising the stories we've inherited about ourselves as women, exploring where they came from and deciding which ones still belong. 

Because however fascinating the mythology and symbolism may be, the deeper question is always what these stories reveal about the way we experience ourselves as women today.

Each archetype becomes a mirror.

An invitation to pause.

To wonder.

To remember.

To embody her wisdom within the landscape of your own life.

The Journey...

THE RHYTHM OF A MONTH

The 17th. Your archetype arrives in the portal. A deeper channelled transmission to meet her, questions to sit with, and a collection of her stories gathered from across time and culture. She comes with her esoteric signature too, the place she lives in astrology, in numerology, in the tarot, in human design, as another doorway into meeting her within yourself. We open with the Mystic, and she arrives through all four.

The two weeks that follow. You explore her at your own pace. This is the part where she starts showing up in ordinary days, in things you notice, in things you suddenly can't unsee.

The ceremony. You'll be invited to create your own altar, light a candle, gather your journal and step away from the noise of everyday life, and together we'll open sacred space. We gather in the Wisdom Well for two hours. We go deep into one of her stories, and I weave the threads across all of them, following how she has been told, retold and quietly rewritten, and what that has meant for the way we experience ourselves as women in our own timeline. You'll share what you found. You'll ask the questions that surfaced. We'll listen to her story told aloud, and we'll go further than you could have gone alone.

Afterwards. A beautifully designed embodiment workbook arrives, carrying the rose practice for that archetype, along with an oracle spread created just for her, so you can go deeper with her within you through the weeks that follow. She stays with you, woven through the ordinary days, until the next one arrives on the 17th.

Thirteen times over, and then we gather for the Empress.

We'll meet the Priestess and sit with the ancient Oracles of Delphi, the Well Maidens and the quiet art of listening to your own inner knowing. We'll sit beside the Wild Woman, asking where freedom still calls your name, and we'll journey with the Witch, following the stories that have shaped this word through history and what it might mean to reclaim it for yourself with wisdom, integrity and compassion.

Rather than being told what these archetypes mean, you'll be invited to discover what they awaken within you. We'll explore your relationship with each archetype's gifts, not to judge where you are or fix what isn't broken, but with honesty, compassion and curiosity, asking simply: where am I now, and what do I need?

Slowly, naturally, the threads begin to weave together. Not as something new being added to you. As something ancient being remembered.

Every woman's journey through Empress Codes will be her own.

For some, it may feel like a homecoming.

For others, a remembering.

For many, it may be the first time they've truly given themselves permission to embrace every part of who they are.

The Empress

The Empress is not another archetype to master. She is the woman who has learnt to welcome them all.

She knows there are moments for the innocence of the Maiden and moments for the fierce truth of the Wild Woman. She honours the compassion of the Mother, the intuition of the Priestess, the wonder of the Mystic, the wisdom of the Crone and the sovereignty of the Queen.

She no longer believes she must choose between them.

She carries them all.

Not perfectly.

Not every day.

But with growing awareness, compassion and grace.

She understands that her relationship with each archetype's gifts is always moving. Sometimes a gift needs to come forward. Sometimes it needs grounding. Sometimes she has drifted so far from it she can barely remember it was hers. And sometimes she has been living so deeply within it that she needs to rest. She no longer mistakes any of this for permanent identity. She simply asks: what do I need now?

Rather than living from one familiar pattern, she has learnt to recognise which expression of feminine wisdom is being called forward in each season of her life.

She is rooted.

Curious.

Compassionate.

Courageous.

Creative.

Intuitive.

Wild.

Wise.

She is not becoming someone new.

She is remembering the fullness of who she has always been and learning to shine in all her glory and gore!

About Nicola

For as long as I can remember, I've been fascinated by the stories we tell about women. 

Long before Soulful Wisdom Academy existed, I found myself asking why some women's voices had been remembered while others had quietly faded into the background. Even at university, my dissertation explored why there were no women drivers in Formula One. Twenty-five years later, that question is still largely unanswered, and it taught me that the stories a culture tells about women quietly shape what women believe is possible for themselves.

That same thread continued to lead me towards the women of the wells, the Grail stories, Mary Magdalene, the wise women, the healers, the witches and the priestesses.

Again and again, I found myself asking what these women were really trying to teach us.

Many people know the Rose as a symbol of love, beauty and the Divine Feminine. I love those expressions of the Rose, but over the years she has come to mean something even deeper to me.

For me, the Rose has always been a thread. Every petal seems to unfold another story, another forgotten voice, another doorway into the primordial feminine.

As I followed those threads, I realised they were leading me towards the same place.

The forgotten stories of women.

The wisdom hidden within mythology, folklore, symbolism, nature and ceremony.

The feminine archetypes gave me a language for bringing those threads together.

Over time, they became the heart of the Empress Codes.

Today, it is my privilege to walk beside other women as they explore those same threads in their own unique way, discovering what they awaken within themselves.

What I didn't expect was how completely the path would bring me home to my own landscape. The ancient trees and heathland of the New Forest where I grew up. The animals and elements I had always felt in conversation with. And the dragons, the ones I had dismissed, misunderstood and finally stopped running from. When I stopped needing to explain any of it and simply let it be true, something shifted in how I moved through the world. That shift is what I now hold space for in other women.
