Reiki Healing & Training with Nicola

I am a Reiki Master & Teacher of the Traditional Usui Reiki, offering healing sessions and training to those seeking balance, relaxation, and a deeper connection to their inner energy.

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes natural healing. The word Reiki comes from the Japanese words rei (universal) and ki (life force energy). It is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us, giving us vitality. When this energy is low, we may feel stressed, unwell, or out of balance. But when it is high, we feel healthier, happier, and more aligned.

How Does Reiki Work?

Reiki is administered through gentle, intentional touch or by working within your energy field. It involves the practitioner channeling this universal life force energy to support your body’s natural ability to heal itself.

Reiki sessions:

•   Bring deep relaxation and stress relief
•   Support emotional and physical healing
•   Enhance mental clarity and spiritual awareness

Reiki is not tied to any specific religion or belief system, making it accessible and effective for everyone.

Reiki Training & Attunements

Reiki is an amazingly simple technique to learn, and anyone can be attuned to channel this universal energy. The attunement process is passed from a Reiki Master to a student, opening them to this infinite source of life force energy. Once attuned, you’ll have the ability to use Reiki for self-healing, helping others, and enhancing your life.

I offer Reiki training and workshops in my healing room in the beautiful New Forest, South England, UK, as well as remote attunements for those further afield.

Reiki Levels Explained

•   Reiki Level 1 (Shoden):

Learn the foundations of Reiki, including its history, principles, and how to channel energy for self-healing and offering Reiki to others. This level focuses on self-awareness and establishing your connection to universal life force energy.

•   Reiki Level 2 (Okuden):

Deepen your practice by learning the sacred Reiki symbols and their uses, distance healing techniques, and enhancing your intuitive connection. This level allows you to provide Reiki professionally to clients if you choose.

•   Reiki Master (Shinpiden):

This advanced level teaches the mastery of Reiki energy. You’ll learn additional symbols, deepen your spiritual practice, and refine your healing techniques.

•   Reiki Teacher Training:

For those called to teach Reiki to others, this level provides the tools and knowledge to pass on attunements and guide others on their Reiki journey. You’ll also receive certification and lineage details.

Training is offered in small groups or 1:1 bespoke sessions for personalized guidance. Certificates are provided at each level, along with detailed manuals and ongoing support.

Reiki Research with the NHS

I was honoured to participate in scientific research with Reiki Medi-Care, offering remote Reiki to healthcare professionals in the UK’s National Health Service (NHS). The results were remarkable, showcasing the potential of Reiki to support stress relief and well-being, even from a distance.
